Executive Administrative Assistant – Dallas Texas

Our Dallas client, a fast-paced non-profit, is looking to hire a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This position will be supporting the President, along with several other team members
Duties:
- Primarily support the President and CEO along with other members of the staff
- Manage expense reports and event planning
- Help team with various special projects and assignments
- Perform document scanning duties and file maintenance.
- Work with MS Office Suite, primarily in Excel and Word.
- Tackle preparation of various reports and presentations
- Sit in on Board meeting to take minutes and assist President
Requirements:
- 3-5 years supporting a senior level Executive (preferably in the non-profit sector)
- Maintain a business professional code of dress and attitude.
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Experience taking minutes for meetings is a must.
- Must have exceptional communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, primarily in Excel
- Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Flexible, Easy going attitude
