Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the CEO, is responsible for assuring that all medical staff files and allied health staff files are maintained in a complete manner and in accordance with JCAHO requirements, state requirements, and requirements outlined in the medical staff bylaws and rules and regulations. This position takes the lead role, from a hospital management perspective, in coordinating and fulfilling the Medical Staff policies and procedures.  The Coordinator designs, implements, and evaluates systems to improve the Medical Staff services.  Serves as liaison between Administration, the Medical Staff and Governing Board.  Maintains accurate records associated with medical staff credentialing, utilizes the automated systems to support the functions and maintains strict confidence of medical staff information. Able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience. All other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

May be expected to lift up to 25 pounds or up to 50 pounds with assistance. May be expected to push or pull 100 pounds with assistance.  Work is of light demand; sitting or walking most of the time while on duty.  Visual and auditory acuity and manual dexterity essential to performing designated duties required.  Optimal auditory acuity required.  Manual dexterity involving the handling of office equipment, documents and computers is essential to performing assigned duties.  Physical conditions are clean, neat and well-lit. Climate control and ambient temperature variances may be experienced. Hours of duty may be irregular or unexpectedly extended.

Description:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years experience in quoting, marketing, or engineering of pumps (API 610 preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English language without supervision or oversight
  • Strong knowledge of pumps, applications, and hydraulics
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with little direct supervision
  • Outgoing personality
  • Ability to accept rejection and still maintain a positive attitude
  • Valid state drivers license with good driving record
  • Proficient in math and computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Strong ability to utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems and objections from both internal and external force

The development geologist will be an integrated member of the Development and Appraisal Team supporting new field developments, appraisal activities following successful exploration efforts will be heavily involved in detailed reservoir description and reserves support of producing assets.  The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Engineering and operations, and be responsible for all aspects of development geology evaluations, planning and model construction.  This position is ideal for an experienced development geologist with advanced modeling experience who is seeking broad and significant experience in all aspects of exploration and production.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for building and maintaining geo-cellular models within the PETREL framework (and possibly other platforms) and will be a key member of an integrated team responsible for reservoir modeling of new and existing assets.  Advanced PETREL skills are a prerequisite.

He or she will proactively review key producing assets for any future investment or reserves potential, characterize that potential and generate maturity plans and strategies with the sub-surface team for those opportunities.  The role will also be responsible for advancing investment opportunities for decision in conjunction with the field/asset team. The candidate will work with our operations geologist and development team members to plan and execute those development/ appraisal wells towards successful conclusion.  The role will also include identification of near field exploration opportunities surrounding our existing asset base and advancing those opportunities as appropriate.

The development geologist will develop discipline relationships with both the Exploration G&G community and with the Australia based G&G community and discipline.  The incumbent will also be instrumental in integrated evaluations in the appraisal and development cycle and will be a key planner in detailed field studies providing critical characterization work for our integrated evaluations and workflows.

Requirements:

  • BS in Geoscience.
  • Experience must include:

o Minimum of 5+ years of exposure to DeepWater Gulf of Mexico in a development geology role.

o Minimum of 5+ years utilizing advanced geo-cellular skills in PETREL/SKUA

o Minimum of 5+ years experience with Pliocene/ Miocene/ and Early Tertiary evaluation techniques in GOM.

  • Possess strong mapping skills in Paradigm or PETREL suite.
  • Workstation interpretation skills, preferably on Paradigm suite.
  • Possess strong development-oriented geological background and experience base.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the current and up to date exploration thinking, concepts and trends as it relates to development geology and evaluation.
  • Strong demons ratable communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player and self starter.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in Geoscience
  • 10+ years in development geology role.

Description:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field preferred; equivalent education and work related experience will be considered.

  • Good computer skills, mechanical drafting skills using CAD required.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Very organized with proven ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities:

- Plans, organizes, and reviews postings or other recording of special programs to employee earnings or deductions. Performs tasks to maintain employee payroll records for special compliance payments, income or deductions.  Runs uploads into payroll and coordinates with payroll specialists for timely pay of special items.

- Ensures pay practices comply with Wage & Hour regulations; reviews new pay programs to ensure compliance, make recommendations where needed.

- Conducts investigations to resolve issues or complaints and monitor compliance.

- Cooperates with local, state, and federal governmental units, other organizations, and other company departments in resolving issues.

- Tax balancing, deposits through Ceridian, enrolling in new jurisdictions, quarterly and annual reconciliations and reporting.

- Other back-up as needed.

Requirements:

- Large company (6000 + employees) experience

- Experience using Oracle software applications (Payroll, Human Resources

- Payroll expert, CPP preferred, knowledgeable in tax compliance, Wage & hour compliance, SOX requirements, taxable benefits.

- Experience in monitoring compliance with legislation and company policies relative to payroll.

- Ability to work in team situations and ability to plan and execute individual assignments.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly analytical with problem solving skills.

Our Plano, TX client is seeking a contract to possible hire Accounts Payable Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within the accounting group, processing accounts payable activities and reporting directly to the CFO.
  • Timely and accurate processing of all A/​P.
  • Coordinate the addition and maintenance of all vendors.​.
  • Daily processing of incoming invoices including obtaining approvals & general ledger numbers, resolving billing or receiving discrepancies, and posting invoices for payment and filing.
  • Weekly processing of vendor payments, including payment requests, wire requests and entry, obtaining necessary check approvals, attaching supporting detail, mailing preparation and filing.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding status of invoice payments and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Provide invoice copies for various account reconciliation
  • Maintain A/​P reports.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High School diploma required.​  Associates degree in accounting or business degree preferred.
  • JD Edwards experience is highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Fast learner.
  • Excellent computer skills.
